Multi-Trigger Architecture

Once downloaded to a mobile phone, ZoomSafer's safe driving software can be configured per your requirements to use Telematics, Bluetooth, or GPS based triggers to automatically determine when the user starts and stops driving.

Multi-Trigger Architecture

For corporate fleets equipped with GPS/telematics devices, ZoomSafer can quickly and easily integrate with your existing service provider to automatically know when your employees are driving. Simply identify which telematics event you want to use as the policy trigger (for example, key on/off) . Upon capturing that event your telematics system passes a message to ZoomSafer via our API. Upon receiving the message from your telematics system, ZoomSafer automatically activates/deactivates safe drive mode on your employee phones. Now, thanks to ZoomSafer companies can leverage existing investments in GPS/telematics technology to simultaneously monitor and manage employee behaviour as it relates to vehicular controls and mobile phone controls.

For anyone with an in-vehicle Bluetooth accessory (OEM installed such as Ford Sync or Mercedes Mbrace, aftermarket installed such as Parrot or Blue Ant, or a PND such as Garmin or Tom Tom). ZoomSafer will automatically activate/deactivate each time your Bluetooth system connects/disconnects with your phone. If you don't have a Bluetooth system, no worries, we offer a special car charger with a built-in Bluetooth module that can be used to activate/deactivate safe drive mode.

ZoomSafer can use the local GPS on the phone to determine that you are moving. With this option, whenever you go above 15 MPH ZoomSafer automatically launches safe drive mode. If you are a passenger, a policy setting is available that will allow you to exit the application.
